Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the payment. (The delivery time depends on the personalization. If it is not included in the order, the dispatch will be as fast as possible.)

SHIPPING

All the products are shipped in kraft cardboard boxes.

•  Across Ukraine – UKRPOSHTA, NOVA POSHTA (express delivery – the shipping is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the parcel )

•  Across the world – UKRPOSHTA (we will notify you about the shipping price, which is paid together with the order. We will provide you with the track number to track the package.)

•  On request – we can send your order via international courier services.

RETURN POLICY

Exchange and return are made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

Please note that the quantity, appearance and the content of the package must be checked at the time of delivery.
